Discord Regulations
1. General Principles
- 1.1. Every user of the RapMc Discord server is obliged to abide by these regulations.
- 1.2. Respecting other community members and administration members is mandatory.
- 1.3. Using vulgar language, offensive content, and any form of harassment or discrimination is prohibited.
- 1.4. PROHIBITION OF COPYING & PLAGIARISM: Copying the regulations, embeds, structures, or any content from this server is strictly prohibited and subject to legal liability.
Legal Grounds (Criminal and Civil consequences):
* Copyright Act – Plagiarism and unauthorized distribution of copyright works.
* Penal Code – Digital property theft, unauthorized information access, and misappropriation.
* Civil Code – Infringement of personal rights and intellectual property.
Administrative Sanctions:
Being caught stealing server assets results in an immediate, permanent ban, global blacklisting, and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.
2. Communication Rules
- 2.1. Use appropriate channels for corresponding topics.
- 2.2. Avoid spamming and unnecessary repetition of messages.
- 2.3. Try to write clearly and maintain correct spelling and punctuation.
- 2.4. Vulgarity and offensive language (also in other languages) are prohibited. Maintaining personal culture is mandatory on the entire server.
3. Content Rules
- 3.1. Publishing/streaming and discussing NSFW content, pirated materials, illegal content, and advertising without consent are prohibited.
- 3.2. Do not share your personal data or that of other users.
4. Voice Channels
- 4.1. Use voice channels according to their purpose.
- 4.2. Maintain cultural behavior during voice talks, do not disturb other users.
- 4.3. Do not use external disturbance tools (e.g. soundboards) without the consent of the participants.
5. Support Rules
- 5.1. Use designated channels to report technical issues or questions regarding our services.
- 5.2. Provide detailed information about the problem so we can help quickly and effectively.
- 5.3. Respect the support team's time and effort. Stay patient while waiting for a response.
6. Promotions and Contests
- 6.1. Participation in contests is voluntary but requires compliance with specific contest rules.
- 6.2. Cheating and manipulating contest results is strictly prohibited and leads to disqualification.
7. Sanctions
- 7.1. Violating the regulations may result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban depending on severity.
- 7.2. Decisions of the administration are final and not subject to negotiation.
8. Final Provisions
- 8.1. Server administration reserves the right to modify the regulations at any time.
- 8.2. Users will be informed about any changes on the corresponding Discord channel.
- 8.3. Unforeseen situations will be resolved individually based on common sense and general principles of social coexistence. The administration cannot request confidential user details (phone, address, etc.).
Minecraft Regulations
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. Playing on the server implies full acceptance of these regulations.
- 1.2. The administration reserves the right to enforce rules and make final decisions.
- 1.3. Regulations are subject to change – players must review them regularly.
2. General Rules
- 2.1. Cheats, hacks, advantage mods, and exploiting game bugs are strictly prohibited.
- 2.2. Maintaining personal culture and showing respect to others is mandatory.
- 2.3. Spam, advertising, and flood are forbidden.
- 2.4. You are allowed to own only one account (unless approved by the administration).
3. Gameplay
- 3.1. Destroying other players' builds (griefing), scamming, and stealing are prohibited.
- 3.2. Building vulgar structures is forbidden.
- 3.3. Players must keep the game world clean and organized.
4. Chat Rules
- 4.1. Vulgarity, offensive content, and hate speech are forbidden.
- 4.2. Advertising other Minecraft servers or services is prohibited.
- 4.3. Spam, flood, and excessive Caps Lock are forbidden.
- 4.4. Impersonating other players or the administration is strictly prohibited.
5. Punishments
- 5.1. The administration can issue warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
- 5.2. Repeatedly breaking the rules will result in account blacklisting.
- 5.3. Attempting to bypass punishments leads to additional sanctions.
- 5.4. Appeals can be filed on the forum or Discord (if applicable).
6. Economy and Trade
- 6.1. Trade between players is allowed, but scamming is strictly forbidden.
- 6.2. Item duplication and building illegal resource farms are forbidden.
- 6.3. Any attempts to manipulate the server economy are heavily penalized.
- 6.4. The administration reserves the right to reset the economy to maintain balance.
7. Events and Community Activities
- 7.1. All events organized by the administration must be followed according to their specific rules.
- 7.2. Players must not disturb others during community events.
- 7.3. Cheating during events leads to immediate disqualification and possible ban.
- 7.4. Rewards are distributed at the organizers' discretion.
8. Cooperation with Administration
- 8.1. Decisions of the administration are final – do not argue with staff in public chat.
- 8.2. If you believe a punishment was unfair, report it in tickets on Discord.
- 8.3. Abusing the report system (fake reports) can result in sanctions.
- 8.4. Administrators and moderators are not liable to compensate for game bugs.
9. Technical Game Aspects
- 9.1. Players must report server bugs to the administration instead of exploiting them.
- 9.2. Do not overload the server by generating excessive mobs, lagging farms, etc.
- 9.3. Automation (e.g. AFK bots) is forbidden unless explicitly permitted.
- 9.4. Any actions destabilizing the server performance lead to an immediate ban.
10. Privacy and Security
- 10.1. Sharing other players' private data without consent is strictly prohibited.
- 10.2. Impersonating other users or administration members is forbidden.
- 10.3. Any attempts to extract personal data (phishing) will be treated as severe offenses.
- 10.4. The user is responsible for their own account security – negligence is not an excuse.
11. Final Provisions
- 11.1. The administration reserves the right to change these regulations at any time.
- 11.2. Lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt you from compliance.
- 11.3. All disputes are resolved by the administration – decisions are final.
- 11.4. In case of ambiguities, the final interpretation belongs to the administration.
Player Checking Rules
1. Reasons for checking a player
- 1.1. Suspicion of using forbidden modifications.
- 1.2. Unnatural behavior during gameplay.
- 1.3. Reports from other players or staff.
- 1.4. Detection by the anti-cheat system.
2. Checking Process
- 2.1. The player is informed and must immediately join Discord and enter the [Jestem Sprawdzany] channel.
- 2.2. The player must not close Minecraft or any background applications unless permitted by the staff.
- 2.3. Deleting any files before or during the check is penalized with an immediate ban.
- 2.4. The administrator will not inspect files unrelated to Minecraft or cheats.
- 2.5. The check is performed strictly via screenshare on Discord.
- 2.6. The player has the right to refuse AnyDesk and report this to the management.
- 2.7. Permitted tools: Journal Tool, Last Activity View, Ocean Anticheat (with consent), Echobam, Process Hacker, System Informer.
3. Sanctions
- 3.1. Immediate ban if cheats or illegal programs are detected.
- 3.2. Ban for refusing the check or failing to cooperate.
- 3.3. Ban for leaving the server before or during the check.
4. Rights and Duties
- 4.1. The player is entitled to fair treatment during the check.
- 4.2. Staff members must not abuse their permissions.
- 4.3. Unfairly banned players can appeal by opening a Discord ticket.
- 4.4. The player must obey administration commands – refusal leads to sanctions.
- 4.5. Showing other Discord accounts on request is mandatory.
- 4.6. Punishments are only issued for cheats detected during the active check, not for past history.
Backup Policy
You will receive a backup if:
- You die to a cheater / player who is subsequently banned for illegal modifications
- You die due to a server bug/glitch
- A video recording / solid proof is required to receive a backup
You will NOT receive a backup if:
- You do not have a video recording
- The recording is blurry or illegible
- The offender\'s nickname is not visible in the video
- The recording is not yours
- You died to the cheater several hours before their ban
